  • Does not require seasoning like traditional raw cast iron
  • Oven and broiler safe up to 500°F
  • Compatible with gas, electric, induction, and ceramic cooktops. Avoid dragging across surfaces to prevent scratches
  • Avoid using with metal utensils, abrasive sponges, or scouring agents, as they can damage the material
  • We recommend using medium heat (and a little patience) to get it hot and ready
    about our limited warranty.
