This collection has everything you need for a delicious Diwali celebration filled with jalebi, gulab jamun, laddu, murukku, pakoras, samosas, or any other fried treats you can dream up! There’s the intricately perforated Skimmer Spoon designed by Lekha and the beautiful wire Cooling Rack designed by Manjit Thapp, plus two clay diyas (on us!) to light your way in the dark.

OUR MATERIALS

    • Avoid contact the bottom and sides of nonstick pots and pans

    • Fits right into our Oven Pan; be sure to place it feet side down

  • Diyas
    • Wipe clean with damp cloth
    • Allow to fully cool before picking up or cleaning after use
    • To use:
      • Fill up to 3/4 of the diya with oil (we recommend coconut oil, ghee, or any vegetable oil)
      • Place the included wick into the diya and trim length if needed
      • Moisten the wick tip with a bit of oil before lighting
    • Do NOT blow the fire out with your mouth; let it burn until the fire dies out naturally
    • Never walk away from an active flame; keep away from children, pets, and anything that could catch fire
